Payment
Payment shall be deducted at time of order by the transaction service provider . Where orders exceed the value of $100.00 US we may contact you to request proof of identity.
When making payment through a third party processor we will not class your order as paid and be obliged to ship until funds are released to us by that processor. In the event the third party processor does not pass on your payment to us (for whatever reason) then you agree that we are not obliged to ship/accept your order and that any claim for repayment of funds shall be between you and the third party billing processor.
Once you place an order you are entering into a contract to purchase. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed however we may refund orders placed within the last 24 hours (in special circumstances only) subject to deduction of original transaction fees and a $5.00 administration charge.
Delivery
We will try to ship the goods to you by post within 30 days of your order being placed, subject to receipt of cleared funds. If we are not able to do so, we may part ship your order and advise you of back ordering of remaining items, or refund you for the balance.
Once we have shipped your order you should allow a further 4 to 6 weeks for delivery for orders shipping outside of Europe. Shipment time for European orders is usually within 14 days. Whilst most orders will be delivered well within this time, this period is to allow for reasonable shipping and customs delays.
Airmail shipping is available as an option. Items shipped Airmail will usually arrive within 14 to 21 days but please allow up to 30 days from shipping.
All orders are shipped completely at the risk of the purchaser unless full insurance has been purchased at time of order. Insurance is available for $10.00 per order and must be purchased at time of ordering goods.
Customs duty and/or charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. If goods are returned to us as non deliverable we will not re-ship unless the purchaser pays for re-shipping.
Fulfillment
Orders will be fulfilled by third party companies , authorized by us. Orders may be fulfilled by means of 2 or more packages. Delivery notes will confirm this , if applicable.
Insurance
Goods insurance is available at a cost of $10.00 per order. We would suggest goods insurance for large or bulky orders. Please note insurance is issued subject to Postal Carrier conditions. Maximum cover is $200.00 US. Consequential loss is not covered, insurance is only payable if our originating Postal Carrier is at fault, e.g. you would not be paid compensation for loss caused by USPS. At all times Insurance claims are subject to carrier terms and conditions and their decision is final.
Non Receipt of Goods
The purchaser should not contact us until the above timescales have passed. If the purchaser has already been given confirmation of shipment by us he should allow 30 working days from the confirmation date before contacting us.
Where insurance has been purchased we will initate a track and trace and claim for loss in transit. The purchaser will be required to provide a written statement of non receipt of goods. We will then arrange a re-shipment of the order upon confirmation of our claim by the Postal Service.
Where no insurance has been purchased we will initiate a claim for non delivery. The purchaser will be required to provide a written statement of non receipt of goods. Once the Postal Service has confirmed the shipment as "lost in transit" we may, at our discretion arrange a re-shipment but may also require the purchaser to pay for the shipping costs.
We will not normally arrange re-shipments unless we have had *confirmation of resolution our claim* from the Postal Service. In many cases a claim of non delivery is enough to speed up delivery of an item that may have gone astray.
If we do re-ship an order before confirmation of the original package status by the Postal Service then we may request the Purchaser pay for shipping charges or pay for the replacement items in full, to be refunded upon resolution of the original claim.
Re-shipment of non insured orders is completely at our discretion and we reserve the right not to do so. Our proof of postage will be final and copies of such will be supplied upon suitable request.
Return
We will replace faulty product , like for like, within 28 days from date of shipment.
Missing items should be notified within 48 hours from receipt of goods.

Fraud/Non Payment
Non payment, fraudulent chargebacks or claims of non delivery that are confirmed as false will result in invoices being raised for the full order amount, plus an administration fee of no less than $25.00 US. Non payment of this invoice within 30 days will result in the invoice plus supporting documentation being passed to credit reference agencies and a debt collection service. Further charges will be incurred at this stage.
