- Only one account allowed per individual or organisation. Accounts with incomplete or false information will be deleted.
- We will pay you 50% of all initial signups and all recurrings for the life time of each signup you generate. You will earn a 5% sales bonus every time you make gross sales of $2000 or more in a month. You will earn a 10% sales bonus every time you make gross sales of $4000 or more in a month. From March 26th 2004 you will earn a 5% bonus from all sales generated by webmasters who joined this program under you. All payments are after deduction of billing company processing fees (around 16 percent). Only sales generated through CCBill will qualify under the Adelecash V2.0 program. These are sales made by credit card, online check or CCBill 900.
- Payments are sent out weekly (depending on volume) directly by the billing company (CCBill). Payments can be sent by check or for a fee by automatic account transfer or wire. Fees for processing payments will be deducted by CCBill from your revenue.
- Spamming is strictly prohibited. This includes e-mail spamming, newsgroups, IRC, ICQ or AOL/Netscape's Instant Messenger service or similar. If you violate this term of your agreement you will be terminated from the program and will not be paid. We also reserve the right to prosecute you for costs/damages resulting from your actions.
- Any instances of customer credits or chargebacks from your signups will be deducted from your payout total. If you are not generating enough revenue to cover your chargebacks or credits you will be deleted. If your chargeback ratio exceeds more than 2% of your sales you will be deleted. If you are suspected of acting fraudulently your account will be deleted and you will not be paid for any revenue. CCBill prosecute fraudulent resellers.
- The action of sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of adele-stevens.com will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed that account: child pornography,bestiality, spam e-mails, warez, mp3 or password sites, any sites that contain models under 18 years of age. BE ADVISED WE REPORT ALL INSTANCES OF CH**D PORN****PHY TO THE AUTHORITIES.
- We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!
- Webmasters are prohibited from signing up themselves, their friends or family.
- adele-stevens.com will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from hardware, software, technical or internet routing related problems or errors.
- adele-stevens.com reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance and given a final opportunity to begin sending traffic.
- We reserve the right to refuse any potential sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason. Inclusion into the adele-steven.com Affiliates program is not automatic, each application is reviewed.
- We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice, cancel or suspend the program. We also reserve the right to offer extra incentives to highly productive sponsors .
- Applications from these countries will not be accepted: Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, ALL C.I.S states, China, any African country apart from South Africa, any Middle Eastern country, and finally any country that we feel is populated by fraudsters.
- You must be able to accept checks drawn in US Dollars , be aged 18 or over, and operate an adult website.
- Promotional content will be made available to webmasters who we feel qualify for it. Such content may only be used for the promotion of adele-stevens.com and may not be used for any other purpose. If you violate this rule your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all funds due to you.
